During some periods, throughout life, all women come to experience a lack of desire, arousal or sexual satisfaction. How to use:
Apply Zestra® 5 minutes before the start of sexual activity. Zestra® comes in a bottle with a pump or in individual personal sachets.
Open the individual Zestra sachet by pulling along either end slot, or press the bottle into the palm of your hand 3 times (first time to use).
You or your partner gently massage the mons pubis (on the top of the clitoris) and outer lips of the vagina with Zestra. (Use fingertips). Do not apply Zestra® inside the vagina.
Within approximately 3 to 5 minutes, most women begin to experience Zestra Rush.TM sensations. These effects will peak within 10 minutes and last for about 45 minutes.
If you use a lubricant, we recommend applying Zestra® first, and then the lubricant.
For most women a personal single sachet or 4 bottle pressures is the correct amount of Zestra. However some women prefer 1⁄2 over or 3 pressures of the bottle. We recommend you first use an envelope or 4 pressures of the bottle, and adjust to the ideal amount according to your needs.
Zestra® can be used as often as you like, even with every sexual relationship.

Zestra® is a proprietary blend of botanical oils and extracts including Borage Seed Oil, Primrose Oil, Coleus Forskohlii Extract, Theobromine, Antioxidants, Ascorbic Palmitate (Vitamin C), Tocopherol (Vitamin E) and aroma.
Precautions:
Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients in Zestra®.
Do not use Zestra® with latex condoms as latex condoms are not compatible with oil-based products. It is safe to use Zestra® with condoms made only of polyurethane, because they are designed to be used with products made with oils.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive.
Zestra® does not provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Zestra® is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicides.
Do not use if you have any type of vaginal infection or irritation, such as yeast infection. If you think you have such an infection, consult a healthcare professional for treatment and wait for it to heal before using Zestra®.
Women suffering from vulvar or vaginal hypersensitivity (valvular vestibulitis, vulvodynia, lichen sclerosus) vaginal pain or recurrent infections, can use Zestra® only after consulting with their doctors.
Keep Zestra® at room temperature. Keep the product out of the sun and do not refrigerate or freeze it.
Zestra® individual sachets are tamper-proof. Do not use them if they are ripped or torn.
Avoid contact of the product in the eyes. If you do get in the eyes, rinse with water to rinse them.
