    This product can be clear or cloudy with small white strands in it or seem thick. I contacted Isle of Paradise directly and this is what they emailed me back:

Please be assured that this is no cause for concern and the product is still 100% efficient and safe to use. The only impact to the formulation is purely on a visual level.
